Environ  9000  instruments  (balances,  bascules,  trieuses,  emballeuses…)  répartis  sur  2800  sites  dans  l’ensemble  des  régions  ont  ainsi  été  contrôlés  de  manière  inopinée par les DIRECCTE.  Un  instrument  sur cinq  s’est  révélé  ne  pas  être  à  jour  de  ses  contrôles  réglementaires  visant  à  garantir l’exactitude  des  mesures  effectuées.  Les  détenteurs  de  ces  instruments  ont  été  rappelés  à leurs  obligations,  qui  consistent  notamment  à  faire  vérifier  tous  les  ans  la  fiabilité  de  leurs instruments par un organisme agréé par les DIRECCTE.
